Katherine Krebs

Kat is committed to protecting and defending the rights of California employees. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is a loyal advocate for those who have suffered injustice in the workplace. Kat focuses on wage and hour representative and class action lawsuits. She has also worked on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.

Kat earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law (“CWSL”), where she graduated Cum Laude on a merit scholarship. During her time at CWSL, she played a crucial role on the board of the Women’s Law Caucus as Issue Based Coordinator. Despite working up to four jobs per term, Kat achieved Dean’s List recognition in Fall 2019, Summer 2020, and Fall 2020.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Kat attended University of Oregon, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with an emphasis on Latin America during the Cold War. She furthered her academic pursuits by studying abroad at the Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro in Mexico, and wrote her senior thesis on Remembering Tlatelolco 1968.

Outside of her legal commitments, Kat channels her creative energy into writing and performing original music in San Diego. She also enjoys quality time with her dog, Barry, and appreciates the home cooked meals prepared by her husband, Conlin.
