Joshua P. Pang (“JP”)

Josh (or “JP”) is a senior trial attorney at Gruenberg Law. He exclusively represents employees who are victims of unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.

As lead trial attorney, Josh obtained a $1.1 million jury verdict for a janitor who suffered disability discrimination by her employer, a large national company. It was the second largest civil rights jury verdict in San Diego County in 2019.

Josh also handles appeals, recently securing appellate victory against a Fortune 500 company.

In 2022 and 2023, Josh was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.

Josh obtained his B.A. from California State University, Fullerton where he obtained a double-major while competing nationally for the university’s policy debate team, winning multiple team and individual awards.  He then received his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law. Josh was Articles Editor of the USD Journal of Climate Energy Law.  He was also Community Relations Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

He has spoken on event panels at both his alma maters, Cal State Fullerton and USD.
