Daniella Doern

Daniella Doern (“Dani”) is an associate attorney at Gruenberg Law. Daniella advocates for individuals who have experienced various workplace issues, including hostile work environments, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Daniella is deeply committed to assisting others by simplifying the legal process and providing accessible, understandable information to her clients. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she takes great pride in being the daughter of immigrants from Peru. Daniella grew up in Orlando, Florida, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in legal studies with a minor in business administration.

Daniella obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law, where she received a Business Law Honors Concentration and the Academic Excellence Award in Legal Research & Writing. During her time at California Western, she interned at various legal clinics and law firms, including Community Law Project and New Media Rights. As a Post-Bar Law Clerk for Singleton Schreiber, she played a crucial role in assisting with the representation of various plaintiffs.

Daniella maintains memberships with the following organizations for attorneys: the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, and Lawyers Club of San Diego.

In her free time, Daniella enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, baking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
