Julia is an associate attorney at Gruenberg Law, dedicated to protecting employees’ rights and advocating for individuals facing unlawful discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wage disputes.

A San Diego native, Julia attended the University of California, San Diego, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in American Politics. Julia earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in the top 8% of her class. During law school, she received a Distinguished Advocate Award for her oral advocacy skills, two Academic Excellence Awards, merit scholarships, and a Faculty Award recognizing her positive contributions to the law school. She also maintained her place on the Dean’s Honor List while continuing to work as a paralegal.

Julia further developed her expertise in employment law by completing a Labor and Employment Law Concentration, earning the highest grade in her Employment Law class, and completing her clinical externship with Gruenberg Law.

Julia is also a proud firefighter spouse; her husband serves the Chula Vista community where they both grew up. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Wilson.
