Pamela Rivera is a trial attorney at Gruenberg Law. Pamela fights for the rights of those who have been subjected to unlawful discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
After growing up in Colombia, Pamela obtained her B.S. from Georgia Southern University. She then received her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Pamela currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for Legal Writing at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, Pamela served as the Editor-in-Chief of the intellectual property online journal, PaperClip. She also served as Chair for the Moot Court Honor Society.
Prior to joining Gruenberg Law, Pamela served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles W. Dortch, Jr., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Before becoming a judicial law clerk, Pamela served as a judicial extern to both Magistrate Judge William V. Gallo and District Court Judge Roger T. Benitez, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Pamela is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, and the San Diego Bar Association. Pamela is a native Spanish speaker.
In her free time, Pamela enjoys weightlifting and eating bizarre foods.
