Joshua P. Pang
Josh is a trial attorney dedicated to representing employees who are victims of unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation.
Josh obtained his B.A. from California State University, Fullerton where he double-majored in Business Administration and Communication Studies. He then received his J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law.
Josh was Articles Editor of the USD Journal of Climate & Energy Law. He was also Community Relations Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Before joining Gruenberg Law, Josh served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Houston of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. He also clerked at a civil litigation firm, Foley & Lardner LLP, where he worked on matters ranging from employment benefits to internet privacy. Additionally, Josh worked for the L.A. County Office of Independent Review, where he labored to safeguard individual rights by monitoring and providing oversight in police misconduct and excessive force cases.
While pursuing his undergraduate degrees, Josh competed nationally for the Cal State Fullerton policy debate team, winning multiple team and individual awards. He also assisted the Bay Area Urban Debate League, where he led weeklong workshops that introduced inner city youth to public speaking, strategic thinking, and presentation.
He has spoken on event panels at both his alma maters, Cal State Fullerton and USD.
